APPLE SUMO E3 LIGASE MDSIZ1 NEGATIVELY REGULATES DROUGHT TOLERANCE

Frontiers of Agricultural Science and Engineering 2021, Volume 8, Issue 2,

Abstract:

Drought stress typically causes heavy losses in apple production and uncovering the mechanisms bywhich apple tolerates drought stress is important in apple breeding. Here, we demonstrate that MdSIZ1 in apple has a negative relationship with drought tolerance MdSIZ1 RNAi transgenic apple trees had a higher survival rate after drought stress.Taken together, these results indicate that apple MdSIZ1 negatively regulates drought stress by enhancing

Frontiers of Environmental Science & Engineering 2019, Volume 13, Issue 4, doi: 10.1007/s11783-019-1141-4

Abstract:

Attachment of Scenedesmus sp. LX1 was tested on certain materials.

A criterion for selection of materials was used to choose seven materials.

The amount of S. sp. LX1 attached on polyurethane foam was 51.74 mg/L.

Materials’ surface influenced the attachment of microalgae.

Hydrophilic and hydrophobic properties also affected the attachment of S. sp. LX1.

Strategic Study of CAE 2019, Volume 21, Issue 2,   Pages 84-88 doi: 10.15302/J-SSCAE-2019.02.009

Abstract:

This paper studies the existing experience in China and abroad, analyzes the challenges faced by forensic talents training in China, and proposes policy recommendations to promote the development of education of forensic medicine: to establish the first-level discipline of forensic medicine to promote the overall strength of forensic medical science; to establish an eight-year training system for forensic medicine to innovate forensic medicine talent training mode; to set a professional degree for forensic medical postgraduates to meet the needs for high-quality applied talents; to establish a continuing education system to ensure the competence and professional level of forensic experts; and to provide forensic courses for clinical medical students to enhance their forensic awareness.
